Conduct market research to identify the primary problem. Then, pinpoint their number one desire or aspiration from your research. This could be a goal they are striving to achieve or a dream they hope to realize.
Design a service that offers a solution to the identified problem. Your solution should help them fulfill their number one desire as well.

The number one cause of inaction is a lack of clarity. Lack of clarity breeds inaction because you don’t know the next step to take. You become stuck. Finding clarity gives you vision, direction, and a roadmap that shows you the steps to go from stuck to unstuck.
You don’t need 100% clarity before you start your business. You need Clarity as small as a mustard seed. Clarity is like faith or a muscle. The more you use the clarity you have to take action, the more clarity you get. Clarity grows as you take action.
